At Budgy Smuggler UK, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly; if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the hygiene strip and tags firmly attached.

Head over to our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

Select Your Items

Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

Package and Post

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and use the generated shipping label to drop your parcel off at a local post office.

Processing and Refund

Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
